Prism Realty Capital was founded to create and execute robust, low risk capital structures. These structures add resilience, stability, and flexibility to an investor's real estate investment portfolio.

  • The St. James - $200M new construction 45-story luxury apartment building.
  • Coventry Apartments  - $50M repositioning of a 244 unit suburban garden apartment complex.
  • Aria Condominium - $90M renovation a 33-story office building ( Built 1926) into 114 luxury condos.
  • Falls Bridge Lofts - $11M of two office buildings with new construction addition into luxury apartments.
  • 509 Vine Street - $9M redevelopment into luxury lofts with historic tax credit benefits and façade easement.
  • 555 Lofts - Land development – Fully approved, 50 unit apartment project with 10 year tax abatement. 
  • W Hotel and Condominiums - $400M project including a luxury hotel, condominiums, and retail. Pre-construction- supervision of architecture, construction planning, sales and marketing, legal and approvals. Project canceled due to financial crisis.
  • Temple Retail Center - $7M construction of a retail center serving Temple Hospital medical campus.

LENDER LOAN WORKOUT ASSIGNMENTS

  • Apartment Portfolio Workout -apartment refinancing and condominium sales to repay a $53 million loan to prevent foreclosure, achieving a 200% profit increase.
  • Bank Workout Portfolio - Nationwide $300 million workout portfolio including office buildings, homebuilders, medical office and retail properties. All loans repaid with no defaults or foreclosures
