LENDER LOAN WORKOUT ASSIGNMENTS
- Apartment Portfolio Workout -apartment refinancing and condominium sales to repay a $53 million loan to prevent foreclosure, achieving a 200% profit increase.
- Bank Workout Portfolio - Nationwide $300 million workout portfolio including office buildings, homebuilders, medical office and retail properties. All loans repaid with no defaults or foreclosures
